SM-318 is a carboxylated styrene butadiene latex (soft rubber) specifically designed for the sole of shoe materials with a high butadiene content. SM-318 has excellent resistance to wet friction and can provide excellent bending flexibility in the sole of the shoe material. SM-318 has good stability and is not easy to stick to rolls or mesh during production. Good permeability, elasticity, and high durability make the shoe material's midsole soft and elastic, which can meet the production requirements of different thicknesses of midsole. SM-318 and SM-342 (hard glue) are mixed in different proportions, which can effectively adjust the hardness of the adhesive film to adapt to climate changes and the requirements of the bottom plate in shoe materials for bonding strength, bending flexibility, and hand feel. The high tensile strength can meet customer process requirements and improve product quality.
