Product Introduction:

LJ-1325 modified styrene butadiene latex is a rubber system lotion specially developed and designed for the practical application of glass fiber gridding cloth sizing. The glass fiber gridding cloth impregnated with the modified styrene butadiene latex has better tensile strength and alkali resistance retention, and relatively has better performance than the styrene acrylic lotion.

The characteristics of this product:

1. Suitable for shaping fiberglass mesh cloth;

2. Having greater tensile strength and alkali resistance retention rate;

3. Good positioning and smooth feel;

4. Improved the disadvantage of the adhesive film being 'hot sticky and cold brittle', which will not absorb moisture and become soft after long-term storage;

5. It can be adjusted in the soft glue of any anionic and non-ionic lotion system to achieve the softness and hardness required by customers.

Packaging/Storage/Transportation:

Pack in small plastic barrels, each weighing 200kg.

This product should be stored in a cool and ventilated environment at 5-35 ℃, with a shelf life of 6 months from the production date.

Carboxyl styrene butadiene latex should be handled with care during transportation to prevent inversion.

Other issues that should be noted:

If the temperature of the latex drops below 6 ℃, it cannot be stirred. It can only be stirred after slowly heating up.

If the latex has frozen or frozen, it can be slowly heated up, and after it dissolves, most of the latex can return to normal use.

Avoid contact with multivalent ions, as it may cause demulsification.

Avoid mixing with strong acids and bases.

It is strictly prohibited to mix with cationic additives to avoid damaging the stability of the latex.
