For wood that is prone to deformation (such as oak, water ash, etc.), the planing must be completed on the same day, and overnight planing must be done again; Before splicing, remove all wood dust and dust from the surface of the wood.
2. Method of mixing glue: When mixing the curing agent, the amount of glue to be mixed should be determined based on the size of the glue container. Only one-third of the volume of the glue container can be used for mixing, otherwise it may cause the glue to react and foam, resulting in overflow. Please choose a flat bottomed circular plastic bucket for mixing, as this container is easy to mix the curing agent evenly. Do not add water or other substances to the adhesive, as it may cause solidification or a sharp decrease in strength. The panel adhesive with curing agent is generally required to be used up within 12 hours (after foaming, the effect is more significant). Unused curing agents must be strictly sealed and stored, and water must not be mixed in to avoid hardening and scrapping. Once the dosage of the curing agent is confirmed, it cannot be changed arbitrarily, otherwise it will seriously affect key functions such as bonding strength and water resistance.
Comparing and explaining latex adhesive, marble adhesive is an instant adhesive applied to dry hanging of stone, mainly used for structural bonding and fixation of stone in curtain wall installation engineering. Marble adhesive is an epoxy resin adhesive that requires a mixture of curing agents to be used. It is a two component adhesive. Can marble adhesive be used to bond ceramic tiles, as it is mainly used for stone materials? 3. Control of glue application amount: Users should determine the glue application amount based on the temperature and humidity of the space at that time on that day. When the space temperature is low, the humidity is high (below 80%), and the wood is hard, the amount of glue applied should be reduced; When the space temperature is high, the humidity is low (below 60%), and the wood is soft, the amount of glue applied should be more.

4. Gluing method: Due to the high viscosity (consistency) of the glue, it is best to use a manual gluing machine, pig hair brush, or rubber scraper for uniform gluing. The gluing amount is generally controlled between 150g-250g/m (120g-150g/m for hard mixed wood and 120g-250g/m for soft wood). After applying adhesive to the workpiece, it is necessary to quickly assemble it to prevent the surface of the adhesive from forming a film, in order to avoid false splicing and easy adhesive opening.

5. Pressure method and pressure duration: Regardless of the pressure method used, it is necessary to maintain multiple points of uniform pressure at a pressure point of 30-50cm. The time control of pressurization depends on the temperature and air humidity at the work site. Except for the pressurization time of the disc assembly machine, which is 30-40 minutes, other pressurization methods are normally defined as 2-4 hours (at 25 ℃, humidity below 60%). When assembling boards under high temperature and low humidity conditions, the pressurization time can be shortened to about one hour; On the contrary, it takes 4 hours or more.

6. Inspection during pressurization: During pressurization, attention should be paid to preventing the wooden strip from being pulled out (uneven and small ends are most likely to occur). If it is pulled out, it should be loosened and reset, and it cannot be forcibly reset with pressure; Check if there is any glue leakage from the joint. If there is no glue leakage, it indicates that the amount of glue applied is insufficient or the waiting time after applying glue is too long. If this phenomenon occurs, immediately correct it. The pressure inspection process cannot be ignored.
