Rubber latex products are a component of rubber products and are widely used in military and civilian industries. They are industrial, agricultural, medical, and household products. The production method and processing technology of rubber latex products are different from dry rubber products, and only need to be formed, dried, and vulcanized from the raw rubber latex through coordination.

However, there are various forming methods, and according to the performance needs of the product, different products can be produced using impregnation, extrusion, casting, spraying, and foaming methods. Due to the different characteristics and performance requirements of each type of latex product, the physical properties of the main raw material latex are also different.

For example, in the production of latex and rubber filament products, it is required that the content of non rubber components of latex should be small, and the viscosity of latex should not be too high, otherwise impurities and gel particles are not easy to settle and filter, bubbles are not easy to escape, and mechanical stability should be high.

Otherwise, it is easy to block the nozzle, and the viscosity is generally appropriate at 40mPa. For example, the latex used for impregnating products requires good film-forming property, high gel strength, low viscosity for thin impregnating products, high dry glue content, and high viscosity and dry glue content for thick wall products.

For latex foam products, high compression modulus and good rebound are required. It is recommended to choose latex produced by clones with high Mooney viscosity. It is recommended that users with conditions can use 1% stearic acid or potassium palmitate soap to treat the latex.
